I have never received such quick, timely and QUALITY service from any other florist. Terry is warm, personable, and works with each individual's needs as if they were family. Clients are NOT a number, they are SPECIAL and treated accordingly.
This business owner falsely claims she has sent the refund as a donation to the local charity I asked her to send it to. The sister of the deceased is the Director of the Board of this charity, and I also know the Director, and I volunteer for it. She did NOT send a donation to this charity. I had simply asked her to send the money to them, rather than send the refund to me. She claims I write a lot of negative reviews - that is also false, and easily proven! I believe I have two other reviews, and they are both 5 star reviews. This could have all been settled, and my review removed had she simply sent the donation to the non-profit, as promised. Also, when ordering I was not adamant about the color - as a matter of fact, I told the florist that it really didn't matter as long as they were in the white/ivory family, or a pastel color if white/ivory were not available.
I am so disappointed with the service, and will NEVER use this place again. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday yesterday and when I never heard from my friend, I reached out to her to see if she had gotten the delivery. Nope. Nothing had arrived. I called the shop and the first lady told me I gave them a bad phone number (which was not true) and then the second lady told me she had an emergency and just forgot because she left in a hurry. When I asked why nobody had called to let me know (yesterday or any time this morning), she really didnt have any reason. I asked her to please make the delivery right away and to give me a discount, since they had not done what I paid them to do. Let's hope they actually come through!
I special ordered a dozen white, long-stemmed roses for a funeral. Upon picking them up, just before the service, I was presented with a bouquet that smelled so strongly (like strong paint) that I asked what the odor was. I was happily told that the florist had PAINTED these flowers! When I asked why, I was told she was not happy with the color. Having no choice at this point, I arranged these flowers that were making me feel sick, and took them to the funeral, where they were next to the pulpit. Before the end of the service the flowers were completely shriveled, paint was peeling off, and the pastor reported that he had tried not to cough throughout the service due to the strong odor! They felt like rubber. I have never heard of such a situation. The family was counting on me to provide these, the ONLY flowers allowed in this sanctuary for this funeral. Horrible experience. 2 1/2 weeks later: had the owner followed through with her offer of a double refund, to be sent to a local rape crisis center this review would have been removed.
Local, really knows the business! One of the nicest easiest business owners I have ever met. Did a FANTASTIC job for our daughters wedding. Also handled flowers at the last moment kind of to be sent through Mother-in-law out of town and they turned out simply Gorgeous!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
These folks did the flowers for my wedding, and we were blown away. The quality and care put into our floral investment could simply not have been any better. We HIGHLY recommend this florist.
