Nice to have in a local community. Slightly higher on some things but you save gas money and time driving to others to pick up one or two things. really attentive staff but actually you are overasked if you need help and it starts to get slightly annoying. I would much rather have that than poor service though. Appreciative they are here.
This is the local place if you want to get something from the hardware store. Really good brands and very helpful staff... almost too helpful. Sometimes it can be hard to look around when you get asked 5 and 6 times if you've been helped or need any more help.

I needed help with my daughters science project and I was immediately greeted with smiling faces, a kind employee Jerome helped explain to my daughter about her project and what to use, definitely will come back again soon.

A pleasure after the big box stores with people not knowing nor caring about service. This place is super; they stay with you if needed and help you find answers to issues you are working on. Just the best service ever.
Swannanoa, its a great store, you should be proud. I cant ever remember seeing an employee slacking... highly active and working diligently. When I refer to "overasked" for help, it is those days when you would just like to meander aimlessly and shop but you end up being asked 6 or 7 times. I tend to take the back lanes to skip excessive contact and that annoying motion sensor in tools. Great loss prevention techniques
