I have ordered from this place three times and each time has been a negative experience. I have ordered both delivery and take out and every time the order takes an hour or more to even be ready. On top of taking forever, my order has ALWAYS been wrong. The first pizza I ordered from them arrived with completely wrong toppings. Another day I didn't receive the correct flavor of wings or ranch that I paid extra for. The pizza each time was terrible and the toppings immediately fell off after the first bite. Then this last time my entire order was wrong. All I ordered was wings and garlic knots. I ordered online and received an email telling me it would be an hour, but I decided to wait. Little did I know, two hours would go by and my food still wouldn't be here. The first time I called an hour and a half had went by and the girl who answered just continued to make excuses including that they are short staffed and that the delivery driver had just left and I should receive my order within 15 minutes. 30 more minutes go by and still no order so I call again. She suggests that she refund my order and give me a credit for my next order. Which would be fine if the food was even worth the wait each time but it isn't. This last visit has helped me form my opinion about this place and I definitely will not be supporting this business any more. They said they refunded my money and that I would receive an email notification of my refund which I have yet to receive so I may have to call them again tomorrow. Unless you want your order to be wrong, cold, and be two hours late I really don't recommend this place. If you're going to take two hours to deliver, at least get the order right and make it worth the wait.
I have ordered 2 different times and delivery was late each time over 30 minutes late. Pizza was cold and driver said she got sent out hwy 9 for no reason. She was lost which caused cold food.
After someone at my husband's work ordered and had a good experience, I decided to give it a try. My husband called and place the order and was told it would be $11.10. When he got there he was charged $16.50. When he questioned it, he was told because he ordered half pepperoni and half supreme. He was told there was an upcharge for doing such that this was never mentioned on the phone. Each piece of the pepperoni pizza had one piece of pepperoni on it and the Supreme looked like the items had just been thrown on there. We spoke to some friends who had similar experiences that same week. You have had the last of our business you will have.
So incredibly good. I'm honestly not sure why anyone in Swannanoa would get pizza from anywhere else. They have amazing, yet simple, crust, and their deals make ordering from them kind of exciting--like, "what's going on today??" Best of all? The breadsticks. Not only are they out of this world delicious, but they also come free with delivery orders. Seriously, this place is so good that I was once double charged (it was my fault for not paying attention--I paid online and then again in the restaurant like a dummy) and didn't even care. I have yet to try their desserts, but they sound amazing.
I'm giving one star because it will not let me give zero. I had not ordered pizza from this establishment since it was Chow Time because I tried their Pizza at grooving on grovemont and was not impressed.
