Get new managers often and the new ones now are even worse. They dont even let you know when there turning off water and we have now gone 2 days without water. I have kids its very hard to not have water. Ghe last managers had water problem fixind in a few hours not 2 days.
To many speed bumps ,when workers start somthing they dont finish it.Homes are too expensive for example some small trailer are around 20,000$ to 50,000.When looking forward to moving here they dont explain enough.There are new workers like every 6 months.Sometimes the water turns off for everyone and will take days to get it back.Its a mess in this park.I would suggest living somewhere else.Its very rare to find a chep trailer.
All the money their making they can't even pave the road that has huge ass potholes all over the place but yet can built 2 foot high speed bumps everywhere
Not worth the stress of renting. New managers all the time worse than previous, owners live out of state so it's not properly ran. Managers can post live video feed or will allow live feeds of your mobile home on social media sites. Not worth the stress..
its right beside a behavioral group home for adults, they do sometimes escape. also over priced the moblie homes are for sell not rent and thr are sum tentants that party often and are very loud.
