Poor Returns - I tried the brace on over a t-shirt and socks as recommended. A little hair did get on the brace but I made sure to use tweezers to remove ALL dog hair. Upon the return (which the customer pays for) they sent me an email stating they are charging me a 20% restocking fee due to dog hair and that it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to clean. When I mentioned there was absolutely no dog hair on the brace when returned they stated sometimes the shipping makes unseen dog hairs come up from under the mesh. If I could make 50 dollars a half hour removing dog hair anywhere sign me up.

I would recommend this brace to see if it works for you and your dog, but the pain and agony of getting questions answered and the return process make this brace a DO NOT RECOMMEND
Poor Quality/Effectiveness - I did not want to spend the money on surgery or a very expensive dog brace so went the middle route. Spending 200 dollars i figured everything would be able to be adjusted and so forth. After seeing this brace there is no more quality than the ones you can find on amazon for 50 dollars. Just a higher price tag.
I bought the Ortho Dog cruciate knee brace ensemble from this company, and I can tell you in no uncertain terms that this product is utterly useless junk. 2 women in NC have found a way to bilk desperate pet owners out of $200. I won't even bother returning it as from all the negative reviews on line indicate no refund would happen anyway. Even if it did fit (which it does not) and even if it wasn't a jumbled uncomfortable clunky mess of Velcro, straps, and buckles (which it is), there is no way this product has any clinical evidence showing it's effective. The idea that you can take the weight off a bad leg by supporting it with the back and other leg is ridiculous. It is clunky, uncomfortable, very badly designed, and was just a useless mess on my poor dog. It only made him more uncomfortable. Do NOT waste your money on this product. You have been warned. It's a WASTE of money. Put it toward the surgery. I wish I had.
Poor Customer Service - Do not list a telephone number if you are never going to answer. Emails generally take 2 days.
Thank you for your assistance and the marvelous brace. Eleven year old Cody immediately started placing weight on his bad knee. His leg continues to improve and is walking on four legs now. He wears the brace comfortably. I offer my compliments on the clever design and the quality of the well-made brace.
Poor Fit - My dog falls right in the guidelines for a brace perfectly, yet when trying the brace on the fit was terrible. The brace is big and bulky My dog was more unhappy wearing the brace than me telling her we cant play.
