I cancelled my policy with Chris Tolley ( who was extremely rude and completely lacking in customer service skills ) before my next payment was due to be drafted from my account. They drafted my money anyway and when I called his office I was told it would be credited back to my account with in 3 days. Ten days later only half of the money was refunded. I was then given the home office number to call who in turn told me to contact my local office. Therefore, I was completely given the run around . Needless to say I am extremely disappointed by this and not give my recommendation to anyone to use this office .
Chris Tolley and his staff has always gone above and beyond the call of duty in handling all of my insurance needs. I have been using his Company for close to 10 years and have always been satisfied. I now have auto, home, and life insurance with Chris Tolley. I always appreciate his professionalism , customer service , and dedication to getting me the best insurance rate possible.
